Registration Information

Four Hills Neighbors (FHN) is an organization of women, which has been formed to promote friendship among all women residing in Four Hills Village.

Registration for the 2026-2027 year is now open!

The Four Hills Neighbors membership year is June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. We offer online registration, renewal, and payment. There are three types of membership:

• New members residing in Four Hills who are brand new to our organization. New members are free for the first year of their membership.
• Renewing members residing in Four Hills who were a member the previous year or at some other time when they lived here and were a member.
• Associate members live outside of our Four Hills boundary but were a member at some time when they resided in Four Hills.

Renewals for each upcoming calendar year begin during the month of May and end on June 1st, with a discounted fee of $25. After June 1st, renewing members and associate members pay a registration fee of $30.

Our online credit card portal is extremely secure and is the preferred method for payment. We have a new vendor to save on banking fees, and this year there is no convenience fee added to your credit card charge.  Checks are also accepted when mailed to our Post Office Box. Sadly, the Post Office manages to lose one or two mailed envelopes every year. We do not have a neighborhood drop-off box.

When you register, look at the PDF that describes all of the Activity Groups. Select all the groups you may be interested in joining. It is easier to remove you from a group later than to add you to a group after you have registered, so please join all the groups you would like to receive emails from. Thank you from Membership!  

How do you know if you have registered or not?  You will receive a confirmation email from FHNmembers@gmail.com thanking you for submitting your membership, and you will see all the Activity Groups you signed up for. Activity Groups do not “roll over” from year to year. You will also receive a payment confirmation email when you submitted a credit card. If you do not receive these emails, you either entered your email address incorrectly, or your credit card information was incorrect and not accepted. Four Hills Neighbors cannot see your credit card number, so we are unable to verify what you entered. Save these emails so you can find them later. If you register twice, it costs us money to refund your credit card. Just email us if you are not sure – FHNmembers@gmail.com. 

Your name and contact information will appear in the online directory as you enter it on the registration form. If you prefer a nickname or a shortened version of your first name, for example, use your preferred name when you register. 

The online directory requires a password to view it. Because the website is open for anyone to see, we do not include the password on the website. If you are a new member or simply forgot the password, just email us with a request for it and we will gladly email you the password. Our email is FHNmembers@gmail.com. The directory will be updated several times each year, and also has a PDF link if you want to print out the directory.
